We're looking for dedicated, compassionate professionals to provide Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in both home and school settings. Come grow with us as we improve children’s lives and set the standard for care!
 

About this position...

As a Behavior Technician (BT) at Hidden Treasures, you’ll assist patients with day-to-day activities, monitor behavior, record, and collect data on patients' progress, and communicate with clients. It’s a rewarding position! You’ll be an important member of a child’s care team and will see the results firsthand as you help improve that child’s life.
 

   Job Status: Full-Time

   Location: Central Los Angeles

   Compensation: $22-$25/hr
 

What you'll do...

  • Provide in-person behavior intervention services
  • Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans
  • Collect, record, and verify data
  • Write notes, and follow plans developed by a BCBA for skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs
  • Participate in large group and small group trainings
  • Implement interventions to help develop skills such as social skills, daily living skills, communication, and preacademic skills
 

What you'll bring...

  • Minimum high-school degree or equivalent
  • Must pass background check
  • TB test required
  • Covid Vaccination or test once a week
  • CPR Certification (can be facilitated during onboarding)
  • Minimum 6 months of ABA experience preferred
  • RBT Certification is a plus
